The CEO of Saba Steel and Rolling announced significant growth in production and the company’s leading position in the special steels market, emphasizing that sustainable success is achieved through smart decision-making, employee empowerment, and managerial commitment to quality. For the first time, the company produced over 20,000 tons of special-grade steel and, by focusing on organizational empathy and knowledge-based management, continues to advance its leadership in the special steels sector

According to Irasin, Ghasem Khoshdelpour, CEO of Saba Steel and Rolling Company (a subsidiary of Mobarakeh Steel Group), stated: "The significant growth in Saba's performance indicators is the result of prudent decision-making, empowerment of line personnel, and the commitment of managers to achieving production goals. No sustainable result is formed without a powerful foundation."

Emphasizing result-oriented management and human resource empowerment, he stressed the importance of maintaining organizational empathy and team cohesion to intelligently navigate the winter season. He added: "Saba will remain steadfast on the path to leading the country's special steels market, and commitment to quality must be observed at all organizational levels."

Production of Over 20,000 Tons of Special Grades

Referring to the production leap of strategic grades in the December, he added: "For the first time, we succeeded in producing more than 20,000 tons of special grades; an achievement that paves the way for Saba's leadership in the special steels market and regional niche markets."

The CEO of Saba Steel and Rolling, pointing to energy constraints during the winter season, described this period as an opportunity to test wisdom and empathy, stating: "We are obliged to maintain our momentum. With planning, interaction, and a 'Jihadi' spirit, we will turn winter into a season of production flourishing."

Outlining the future horizon of Saba Steel and Rolling Company, Khoshdelpour said: "Saba Steel and Rolling must become the hub for special grade production within the Mobarakeh Steel Group and the region. This goal is attainable through the effort and resolve of all managers, staff, and workers, and under the shadow of trust in God."

He concluded by noting: "Therefore, by relying on organizational empathy, commitment to quality, and knowledge-based management, Saba Steel and Rolling continues the path of leading the special grades market with strength; a path where every step is a sign of this manufacturing company's confidence, capability, and foresight."
